Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Pentangle's John Renbourn, the highly revered British folk troubadour delivered an absolute masterclass in fingerstyle acoustic guitar on this intimate release. Navigating a deeply melancholic set of traditional folk standards and stunning original compositions, his fluid, technically astonishing guitar work is perfectly matched by his weathered, emotive vocal delivery. It is universally acknowledged as a crowning achievement of the British folk revival.
