Album Notes & Community Reviews
Evolving from their earlier twee-pop associations, the British indie group embraces a noticeably harsher, more angular post-punk aesthetic. The driving rhythms and sardonic lyricism present on the record established them as one of the more uncompromising acts of the C86 generation.
