Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following a heavily polarizing ambient detour, the influential Pacific Northwest trio returns to the blistering, blast-beat-driven black metal that defined their early legacy. The album masterfully balances their aggressive riffing with sweeping, neo-folk acoustic passages and chilling environmental field recordings. Featuring guest vocals from Anna von Hausswolff and Steve Von Till, it represents a triumphant, fiercely pagan return to form.
