Album Notes & Community Reviews

Curated heavily by RZA and executive produced by Bob Perry, this compilation-style album blends the legendary Staten Island collective's gritty lyricism with live soul and funk instrumentation. Featuring backing tracks provided by the Brooklyn band The Revelations, the production aesthetic intentionally mirrors classic kung-fu movie soundtracks and 1970s breakbeats. It offered a refreshing, organic reinvigoration of the group's classic boom-bap sound.
