Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Baltimore duo's breakthrough third album was recorded largely live in the studio, perfectly capturing their dynamic tension. Jenn Wasner's melancholic vocals and intricate guitar work constantly shift from quiet, folk-leaning intimacy to massive, shoegaze-inspired walls of distortion.
