Album Notes & Community Reviews

Revisiting the highly successful Latin formula that made him a household name, the bandleader presents a lush, string-heavy collection of Cuban dance music. The polished arrangements ensure the syncopated rhythms remain entirely palatable for mainstream American ballroom dancers. It stands as a definitive artifact of mid-century exoticized easy listening.
