Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking a definitive pivot from his violently aggressive SoundCloud origins, the controversial Florida rapper delivers a stark, agonizingly brief debut studio album. Heavily prioritizing muted acoustic guitars, lo-fi piano loops, and mumbled singing over traditional rap beats, the record focuses entirely on themes of profound depression, suicide, and heartbreak. It was monumentally influential in cementing the emo-rap subgenre in the mainstream.
