Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recording primarily in an isolated cabin in rural Connecticut, the Brooklyn black metal outfit injects their abrasive sound with eerie, organic warmth. The chaotic, swirling tremolo riffs are frequently intercepted by unsettling field recordings of dogs barking, buzzing insects, and creaking wood. The integration of feral dissonance and natural atmosphere cemented them at the forefront of the modern US black metal scene.
