Album Notes & Community Reviews

A spiritual successor to their classic 1990 album 'Fakebook', this record finds Yo La Tengo in a largely acoustic and intimate mode. 'Stuff Like That There' is a warm and gentle collection of cover songs, re-workings of their own material, and new tracks, recorded with original guitarist Dave Schramm. It's a peaceful, bittersweet, and beautifully understated album that highlights their deep love for the art of the song.
