Album Notes & Community Reviews

Moving past early rumors that he was secretly Nas, the independent New York rapper asserts his own formidable identity on his sophomore full-length. The album is deeply entrenched in the gritty, golden-era traditions of East Coast boom-bap, featuring dusty samples and intricate, heavily referential street lyricism. He enlists stellar guest contributions from Danny Brown, Edan, and Heems to round out the project.
