Album Notes & Community Reviews

J.G. Thirlwell's 'Ache' under the You've Got Foetus on Your Breath name marks his first extended statement in industrial music. The home-studio recordings layer tape loops, distorted guitars, and shouted vocals into dense chaotic collages. The work established the abrasive aesthetic that would define Thirlwell's output across multiple aliases and shaped later industrial and experimental scenes.
