Compiled and mixed by Dave Jones, the set documents the UK garage and 2-step sound of London's pirate radio era, centred on the scene around his own 'Neighbourhood'. Jones was nominated for Best Garage Act at the MOBO Awards the following year, and the series continued with a second volume mixed by Ed Case.
