Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Simple Things' is a landmark of early 2000s downtempo, offering a lush, acoustic-driven alternative to the darker sounds of trip-hop. The album utilizes warm electric pianos, sweeping cinematic string arrangements, and a roster of incredibly soulful vocalists to create a profoundly relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. It is a beautifully orchestrated, smooth electronic record that perfectly captures a sun-drenched, melancholic mood.
