Album Notes & Community Reviews

Overcoming severe writer's block brought on by the pandemic, the goth-pop artist relinquished sole control of her production for the first time, collaborating extensively with Randall Dunn. The result is a deeply ritualistic and rhythmically dense record, driven by prominent tribal percussion that elevates her booming, operatic vocals over swirling darkwave atmospheres.
