Taiga

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Nika Roza Danilova significantly steps away from the lo-fi, gothic gloom of her earlier work, embracing incredibly pristine, massive synthesizer production and heavy, driving electronic beats. 'Taiga' places her remarkably powerful, operatic vocal performances at the absolute forefront, aiming directly for accessible, stadium-sized alternative pop. The album is a profoundly passionate, beautifully melodic, and surprisingly uplifting artistic evolution.
