Biography
Acid Mothers Temple & The Cosmic Inferno, formed in Nagoya in 2005 by Kawabata Makoto, is the heaviest incarnation of the Acid Mothers Temple collective. With Higashi Hiroshi, Tabata Mitsuru and Shimura Koji, the band fuses improvised psychedelia with hard rock and doom, saturating riffs in effects. Albums from 'Just Another Band from the Cosmic Inferno' (2005) to 'Starless & Bible Black Sabbath' (2006) and 'Doobie Wonderland' document a prolific, internationally touring live act.
