Biography
Adorable was a Coventry alternative rock and shoegaze band formed in 1990 by Piotr Fijalkowski on vocals and guitar, Robert Dillam on guitar, Stephen Williams on bass and Kevin Gritton on drums. Signed to #Creation Records#, the band stood apart from quieter shoegaze contemporaries with an outspoken image and songs that pushed melody to the front. The same line-up recorded both studio albums, 'Against Perfection' in 1993 and 'Fake' in 1994, before the band split in 1994. 'Against Perfection' has since been recognised as a shoegaze landmark, and the four reunited for live shows in 2019.
