Biography
...And Oceans is a Finnish metal band from Helsinki, formed in 1989 as Festerday and renamed in 1995. Its first albums, 'The Dynamic Gallery of Thoughts' and 'The Symmetry of I - The Circle of O', established a symphonic black metal sound, while 'A.M. G.O.D.' and 'Cypher' for #Century Media# added industrial and electronic elements. After years working as Havoc Unit and again as Festerday, the band returned under this name with 'Cosmic World Mother' in 2020, followed by 'As in Gardens, So in Tombs' and 'The Regeneration Itinerary', led by guitarist Timo Kontio.
