@

Biography

@ is a Philadelphia art-folk duo, pronounced at, formed remotely in 2020 by Victoria Rose and Stone Filipczak, who built their first songs by sending recordings to each other between Philadelphia and Baltimore. Their debut 'Mind Palace Music', self-released in 2021 and reissued by #Carpark Records# in 2023, pairs confessional songwriting with dense harmonies, clarinet and flute, a sound they call hyperfolk. After the electronic EP 'Are You There God? It's Me, @', the duo moved to #4AD# for 'Autosmile' in 2026, a second album of psychedelic folk recorded largely at home. Rose works as a beekeeper and Filipczak as a programmer.
