Baan
- Type: Band/Group
- Country: South Korea
Biography
Baan are a South Korean band blending shoegaze, post-metal and punk into fuzz-heavy, jam-driven guitar music. Their debut album 'Neumann', released independently in 2025, buries distant, delicate vocals under growling amplifier noise, with the three-part 'Sing a Brave Song' suite at its centre. Part of the same Korean underground wave as *Parannoul* and *Asian Glow*, Baan have built an international online following from a single album, praised for its energy, volume and unexpected tenderness.
