Biography
Baby Dee is a Cleveland-born singer, pianist and harpist, born in 1953, who came to recording late after years as a church organist and circus street performer. Her albums for #Durtro#, from 'Little Window' to 'A Book of Songs for Anne Marie', present tremulous, theatrical art songs unlike anyone else's in contemporary music. She continues to write and perform, a singular figure in contemporary art song.
