Biography
London singer and songwriter Bakar broke through with Hell n Back, the slow burning hit from his 2019 EP 'Will You Be My Yellow?'. Born in Camden to Yemeni and Tanzanian parents, he blends indie rock, R&B, hip hop and punk into a restless, genre resistant style. His #Black Butter Records# albums 'Nobody's Home' and 'Halo' confirmed him as one of the most distinctive British voices of his generation.
