Biography
Beachwood Sparks are a Los Angeles alternative country band formed in 1997 by Brent Rademaker, Christopher Gunst and Dave Scher, veterans of *Further*. Their #Sub Pop# albums 'Beachwood Sparks' (2000) and 'Once We Were Trees' (2001) revived the harmony drenched cosmic country of *The Byrds*, and after a long split they returned with 'The Tarnished Gold' (2012) and 'Across the River of Stars' (2024).
