Biography
Bitchin Bajas is a Chicago trio formed in 2010 by Cooper Crain of *Cave*, with Dan Quinlivan and Rob Frye, playing hypnotic instrumental music built from analog synthesizers, guitar, flute and saxophone. Released largely through #Drag City#, albums such as 'Bitchitronics', 'Bajas Fresh' and 'Bajascillators' draw on kosmische, minimalism and spiritual jazz, favouring slow, looping, deeply textural improvisation over conventional song structures.
