Biography
Japanese band Blues Creation, formed in Tokyo in 1969 and led by guitarist Kazuo Takeda, began with an album of American blues covers. A rebuilt line-up with Hiromi Ohsawa, Masashi Saeki and Masayuki Higuchi recorded the proto metal classic 'Demon & Eleven Children' and an album with *Carmen Maki* in 1971. Takeda renamed the band Creation in 1972, and its records were rediscovered by collectors in later decades.
