Biography
Brighter Death Now is the death industrial project of Swedish musician Roger Karmanik, founder of the influential label #Cold Meat Industry#. Karmanik, who coined the term death industrial, built the project from walls of white noise, churning repetition and extreme, dark subject matter, beginning with the 'Great Death' trilogy in the early 1990s. Albums including 'Necrose Evangelicum' (1995), 'Innerwar' (1996) and 'May All Be Dead' (1999) are collector's items, and the project continued after #Cold Meat Industry# closed in 2014 under his own #Familjegraven# label.
