Cate Kennan

Biography

Working with vintage synthesizers, electric guitar, keys and voice, she debuted with the hazy instrumental album 'The Arbitrary Dimension of Dreams' in 2022 on #Post Present Medium#. Her second album, 'Shadows', followed on #kranky# in 2026: ten dreamlike songs and vignettes inspired by returning to the neighborhood northwest of Los Angeles where she grew up, and by the dislocation of finding a once familiar place quietly changed by time.
