Biography
Chris Cohen is a Los Angeles singer-songwriter formerly of The Curtains, *Deerhoof* and Cryptacize. His solo albums, beginning with 'Overgrown Path' (2012) on #Captured Tracks#, pair soft-focus melodies with quietly ingenious harmony, most of the instruments played by Cohen himself. 'Paint a Room' (2024) continued his beloved run. He is admired as a musician's musician, endlessly inventive within deceptively simple songs.
