Biography
Liverpool quartet Courting formed in 2018 and built a local reputation before singles 'Football' and 'David Byrne's Badside' brought national radio attention. Debut EP 'Grand National' appeared in 2021, and the albums 'Guitar Music', 'New Last Name' and 'Lust for Life, Or: How to Thread the Needle and Come Out the Other Side to Tell the Story' moved the band from noisy post punk toward glitchy, theatrical pop rock, led throughout by singer Sean Murphy-O'Neill.
