Biography
Deepchord Presents Echospace is the dub techno duo of Rod Modell (Deepchord) and Stephen Hitchell (Soultek), formed in 2007 between Detroit and Chicago. Working only with vintage analogue gear, they made 'The Coldest Season' (2007) for #Modern Love#, a landmark of submerged, hiss-laden techno, and followed it with 'Liumin' (2010). The duo also record together as cv313, and their records remain reference points for dub techno.
