Biography
Fair to Midland was an American alternative metal and progressive rock band from Sulphur Springs, Texas, active from 1998 to 2013. Led by vocalist Darroh Sudderth and guitarist Cliff Campbell, the band mixed heavy technical riffs, soft passages and theatrical vocals over poetic, cryptic lyrics. After two self-released albums, they signed to *Serj Tankian*'s #Serjical Strike# label for 'Fables from a Mayfly: What I Tell You Three Times Is True' (2007), then released 'Arrows & Anchors' (2011) before quietly disbanding in 2013.
