Family Fodder

Biography

London post-punk collective built around Alig Fodder, its songwriter, producer and only constant member, with a rotating cast of collaborators. Family Fodder's early albums 'Monkey Banana Kitchen' and 'All Styles', and singles such as 'Savoir Faire' and 'Debbie Harry', mixed pop, dub and tape experiments. The group later reformed for albums including 'Water Shed', 'Classical Music' and 'Variety'. Their sporadic later career kept the same collage spirit, humour and open door approach to pop, dub and found sound.
