Biography
Finch is a post-hardcore band from Temecula, California, formed in 1999 by Nate Barcalow, Alex Linares, Randy Strohmeyer, Derek Doherty and Alex Pappas. Signed to #Drive-Thru Records#, the band broke through with 'What It Is to Burn' in 2002, a landmark of the screamo movement. They followed it with 'Say Hello to Sunshine' in 2005 and, after reunions, 'Back to Oblivion' in 2014. Finch re-formed again in 2022 and remain active as a live act built around Barcalow, Linares, Strohmeyer and Pappas.
