Biography
First Aid Kit is the Stockholm duo of sisters Johanna S枚derberg, on vocals, bass, keyboards and autoharp, and Klara S枚derberg, on vocals, guitar and keyboards. Formed in 2007, they found an international audience with a *Fleet Foxes* cover, then built a career on luminous harmonies and Americana-tinged songwriting. Albums from 'The Big Black and the Blue' through 'The Lion's Roar', 'Stay Gold', 'Ruins' and 'Palomino' made them Sweden's best-known folk export, with 'Emmylou' as an enduring signature song.
