Biography
*Future* of the Left is a Welsh alternative rock band formed in Cardiff in 2005 from the remains of *Mclusky* and *Jarcrew*. Singer and guitarist Andrew Falkous and drummer Jack Egglestone have been constants, joined since 2010 by bassist Julia Ruzicka. Across five studio albums, from 'Curses' in 2007 to 'The Peace and Truce of Future of the Left' in 2016, the band pairs minimalist riffs and synthesizers with Falkous's ferocious, darkly satirical lyrics.
