Biography
Girl Talk is Gregg Gillis of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a producer who builds albums entirely from samples of other people's hits. 'Night Ripper', 'Feed the Animals' and 'All Day', released on #Illegal Art#, layered hundreds of pop, rap and rock fragments into continuous mashups and made him the defining artist of the genre, as well as a central figure in debates about fair use and sampling.
