Biography
Hatebreed are a Connecticut metalcore band led since 1994 by vocalist Jamey Jasta, known for bruising riffs, beatdown grooves and motivational lyrics delivered as shouted commands. Their debut album 'Satisfaction Is the Death of Desire' became a hardcore classic, and 'Perseverance' and 'The Rise of Brutality' carried them to major labels and Grammy recognition. Drummer Matt Byrne and guitarists Frank Novinec and Wayne Lozinak complete the current line-up, after founding bassist Chris Beattie was removed in 2024.
