Held. is an American post-hardcore trio formed by veterans of the New York rock scene: vocalist Douglas Robinson and bassist Sal Mignano of *The Sleeping*, alongside drummer Josh Eppard of *Coheed and Cambria*. The band emerged in 2026, channeling decades of collective experience into an urgent and emotive sound. Their debut album, 'Grey', released on the #MNRK Heavy# label, was introduced by the lead single "New You Anthem," which featured a guest appearance by *Frank Iero* of *My Chemical Romance*. Drawing on poignant themes of internal conflict and survival, the band's music combines powerful instrumentation with Robinson's distinctive, cathartic vocals.
