Josh Homme

Joshua Michael Homme III is an American musician, producer, and songwriter, celebrated as a foundational figure in the desert rock scene. He first gained prominence as the guitarist for the pioneering stoner rock band Kyuss. After its dissolution, he founded Queens of the Stone Age in 1996, serving as the frontman, primary songwriter, and sole continuous member, leading the band to mainstream success with albums like 'Rated R' and 'Songs for the Deaf'. His other notable projects include co-founding the garage rock band Eagles of Death Metal, initiating the collaborative musical project The Desert Sessions, and forming the supergroup Them Crooked Vultures with *Dave Grohl* and *John Paul Jones*.
