Krist Novoselic

Krist Novoselic is an American musician and activist, celebrated as the founding bassist of the legendary grunge band Nirvana. Alongside *Kurt Cobain* and *Dave Grohl*, Novoselic's distinctive, melodic bass lines were integral to the band's revolutionary sound on iconic albums like 'Nevermind' and 'In Utero' released via #DGC Records#. After Nirvana's end, he explored diverse musical styles, forming bands such as Sweet 75, the supergroup Eyes Adrift, and the folk-leaning Giants in the Trees. A dedicated political activist, he founded the JAMPAC committee to fight music censorship and has served as chair for the electoral reform organization FairVote.
