Biography
Los Nikis are a Spanish pop punk band from Algete, formed in 1981 during the Movida Madrile帽a. Dubbed the Ramones of Algete, they play short, simple songs with humorous Spanish lyrics about everyday life, holidays and pop culture, including 'El imperio contraataca' and 'Mi chica se ha ido a Katmand煤'. Albums such as 'Marines a pleno sol' made them cult favourites, and they returned to performing in the late 2010s.
