Biography
Los Angeles duo of Ryan Lum and Suzanne Perry, and a flagship act of #Projekt Records#. Love Spirals Downwards blended ethereal wave, dream pop and electronica across 'Idylls' (1992), 'Ardor' (1994), 'Ever' (1996) and 'Flux' (1998), pairing Lum's layered guitars and programming with Perry's atmospheric vocals. After Perry's departure Lum continued the project as Lovespirals with Anji Bee. Their four albums remain the core documents of American ethereal wave in the nineteen nineties.
