LTJ Bukem, born Daniel Andrew Williamson in Watford in 1967, is the British DJ and producer who defined the atmospheric, jazz-inflected wing of jungle and drum and bass. Through #Good Looking Records# and compilations such as 'Logical Progression' and the 'Progression Sessions' series he championed a musical alternative to hardcore, while his own solo album 'Journey Inwards' (2000) remains a landmark of the intelligent drum and bass era.
