Biography
Lync was a post-hardcore trio from Olympia, Washington, formed in 1992 by Sam Jayne, James Bertram and Dave Schneider. Its detuned, distortion-heavy songs appeared on singles for #Magic Pail Records#, #Candy Ass Records# and #K Records# before its sole studio album, 'These Are Not Fall Colors' (1994). The band dissolved that year, leaving a small catalogue that influenced later Pacific Northwest acts including *Modest Mouse* and *The Promise Ring*.
