Machine Girl

Machine Girl

Machine Girl is an American electronic music project known for its chaotic and genre-bending sound. Initially the solo project of Matt Stephenson, it evolved into a duo with the addition of live drummer Sean Kelly in 2015. Their style is a volatile fusion of digital hardcore, breakcore, punk, and industrial noise, gaining a cult following with the 2014 album 'Wlfgrl'. The project, named after a Japanese horror film, is celebrated for its high-energy, aggressive live performances that match the intensity of their recorded work, which includes albums like '...Because I'm Young Arrogant and Hate Everything You Stand For' and 'U-Void Synthesizer'.
