Biography
Nazz were an American psychedelic rock band formed in Philadelphia in 1967 by Todd Rundgren (guitar), Robert 'Stewkey' Antoni (vocals), Carson Van Osten (bass) and Thom Mooney (drums). Their debut 'Nazz' (1968) included the minor hit 'Open My Eyes'; Rundgren left after 'Nazz Nazz' (1969), and the band split following 'Nazz III' (1970). The original four reunited in 2018 and released the archival 'Lost Nazz Album' in 2023. Their albums are now cult items of American psychedelia.
