Biography
Obsequiae is an American metal band from Minneapolis, formed in 2007 by Tanner Anderson. Its 'castle metal' blends melodic black metal and Gothenburg melodic death metal with authentic medieval pieces, performed on medieval harp by Vicente La Camera Mariño. After the 2011 debut 'Suspended in the Brume of Eos', the band refined the formula on 'Aria of Vernal Tombs' and 'The Palms of Sorrowed Kings' for #20 Buck Spin#.
