Biography
Porridge Radio were a Brighton indie rock band formed in 2015 around singer and guitarist Dana Margolin, with Georgie Stott, Sam Yardley and bassist Maddie Ryall, later replaced by Dan Hutchins. Their intense, repetitive songs moved from quiet confession to noisy climax. 'Every Bad' in 2020 was nominated for the Mercury Prize, and two more albums followed on #Secretly Canadian# before the band announced its split in January 2025 and played its final shows that year.
