Racecourse

Racecourse is an American experimental rock band that formed in Santa Cruz, California. The group began as a trio featuring Graeme Stage (guitar, bass), Joaquin, and Jackson, initially exploring long-form, ambient-influenced music. Their sound evolved, incorporating elements of indie rock, shoegaze, and slowcore. The band maintains a casual approach, playing gigs upon request rather than actively seeking them. Their style is characterized by heavy use of reverb and a blend of atmospheric and rock textures, as showcased on their debut full-length album, 'July, December', which was released in late 2025.
