Biography
SBB is a Polish progressive and jazz rock band formed in Siemianowice Śląskie in 1971, one of the most popular Polish groups of the 1970s in Europe. The founding trio of Józef Skrzek on keyboards, bass and vocals, guitarist Apostolis Anthimos and drummer Jerzy Piotrowski first backed *Czesław Niemen*, then made landmark albums including 'Pamięć' and 'Memento z Banalnym Tryptykiem' before splitting in 1980. Reunions from 1991 produced a second run of studio albums, and Piotrowski's return in 2014 restored the original lineup.
